Native Pacific Islander Exchange (NPIE) is a USA‑based nonprofit mobilizing
cultural arts, dance, music, faith‑based community care, and practical
support to strengthen Native Pacific Islanders and their neighbors across
American cities and regions.
From church basements and school gyms to community centers and city parks,
we partner with local leaders to host island‑style worship nights, youth
leadership camps, kava‑forward (family‑appropriate) wellness circles, and
support groups that keep families together and out of the system.
NPIE operates under US law and nonprofit standards. We serve Native Pacific
Islanders and all who stand with them, with transparency, accountability,
and faith‑rooted stewardship.
Youth leadership labs, culture‑based mentoring, and expungement
support that help young people step out of cycles of harm and into
purpose, service, and hope.

Across the United States, we help Native Pacific Islanders and their
neighbors heal, grow, and lead through programs that keep families rooted
in culture, faith, and hope.
Hula and Polynesian dance, choir, drumming, story nights, and cultural
exchange projects that honor elders and train the next generation.
Bible‑based counseling, prayer circles, and church partnerships that
offer practical help with housing, food, and crisis response.
Mentoring, expungement support, and life‑skills coaching to help people
re‑enter society, restore relationships, and stay out of jail.
Youth leadership camps, project‑based learning, and community research
projects that train young leaders to design better solutions.
Our approach is simple: listen to families, honor culture, follow Christ,
and build programs that work in real US neighborhoods.
We start with listening sessions in churches, community centers, and
living rooms to understand what Native Pacific Islanders and their
neighbors are facing today.
Together with elders, pastors, youth, and partners, we design
programs—cultural arts, wellness circles, coaching, support groups—that
are safe, lawful, and family‑centered.
We track impact (attendance, recidivism reductions, youth leadership
milestones) and reinvest resources into what is bearing fruit in US
communities.
Every membership and family subscription is a tangible way to underwrite
US‑based programs—from youth leadership and recidivism reduction to
cultural festivals and research & development.
