The Challenge
Standard classrooms aren’t designed for different brains. Children with ADHD, ADD, sensory processing differences, and other neurological conditions often struggle to focus, need more movement and breaks, and have abilities masked by executive function challenges.
At Academic & Focus Support, we meet them where they are.
Our Approach
- Movement-Friendly Learning: Quiet environments, standing desks, sensory breaks every 20-30 minutes
- Individualized Instruction: One-on-one or 2:1 learning pods with personalized curriculum
- Executive Function Coaching: Task initiation, planning, time management, organization
- Parent Partnership: Biweekly progress reports and monthly meetings
Program Schedule
Weekdays: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Year-Round: Flexible scheduling available

- Reading & Language Arts: Phonics, fluency, comprehension, writing
- Math: Number sense, computation, problem-solving, math anxiety support
- Executive Function Coaching: Task initiation, attention, organization, time management
- Test Prep: Study skills, test-taking strategies, research skills
