Comprehensive Daily Wellness & Emotional Support
A trauma-informed, culturally-adapted program for children and adolescents (ages 5-18) with diverse needs including cultural shock, behavioral challenges, developmental support, learning differences, and emotional regulation.

Daily Program Schedule (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm)
- 8:00-9:00 AM: Arrival & Gentle Start (quiet time, breathing, check-in)
- 9:00-9:45 AM: Morning Movement & Stretch (exercise, nature walks)
- 9:45-10:30 AM: Therapeutic Activity (art, music, sensory integration)
- 10:30-11:30 AM: Skill Building Rotations (communication, self-care, responsibility)
- 11:30-12:30 PM: Lunch & Social Skills Circle
- 12:30-2:00 PM: Structured Group Activity (team-building, storytelling, drama)
- 2:00-3:00 PM: Life Coaching & Emotional Regulation
- 3:00-4:00 PM: Personalized Wellness Time (journaling, one-on-one support)
- 4:00-5:00 PM: Pick-Up Window & Optional Wrap-Around Care
Seasonal Programs
- Spring: Seeds of Growth – Gardening therapy, nature walks, emotional growth journaling
- Summer: Healing & Exploration Camp – Swimming, field trips, arts intensives
- Fall: Rhythm & Regulation – Drumming, cultural cooking, family wellness
- Winter: Reflection & Light – Candlemaking, mindfulness, resilience coaching
