These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your use of our website and participation in our programs, services, and pilot initiatives. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using PolynesianNetwork.org, you agree to abide by these TOS, our Privacy Policy, and any program-specific agreements. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
2. Eligibility

Our platform currently provides access to:

Immigration & Visa Pilot Programs (e.g., Pacific Return & Reentry Ticket Trust – PRRTT, HALO Pilot Program).

Community Development Services (faith-based outreach, workforce development, cultural trade hubs, veteran and youth programs).

Education & Training Programs (cyber defense, aquaculture, trades, leadership, and reintegration initiatives).

Provisional Patent & Intellectual Property Programs (HALO and related inventions, offered under BETA testing and subject to U.S. government recognition).

Pickleball & Sports Development Programs (pickleball community engagement under PolynesianNetwork.org subdomains).

Holistic Health & Organic Relief Programs (herbal medicine, cannabis-related pilot initiatives where permitted by law).
Important: Participation in pilot or provisional programs (including patents, immigration, or development projects) does not guarantee implementation or recognition until confirmed by the U.S. Government or other relevant authorities.
4. BETA / Provisional Program Disclaimer

Some services offered through this platform are in BETA or provisional stage.

These programs (including patent-related services, visa pilot programs, and blockchain/financial trust systems) are being tested and refined.

Enrollment signifies your interest and consent to participate in trial versions.

No guarantee is made that these programs will be fully implemented, approved, or recognized by the U.S. Government, the Kingdom of Tonga, or other regulatory bodies.
5. User Conduct
You agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Not engage in harassment, discrimination, fraud, or misuse of programs.

These TOS are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of California, unless otherwise required by Tongan law for participants residing in the Kingdom of Tonga.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated via website notices or email.
