Welcome to PolynesianNetwork.org, operated by the Native Pacific Islander Exchange (NPIE). These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your use of our website and participation in our programs, services, and pilot initiatives. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PolynesianNetwork.org, you agree to abide by these TOS, our Privacy Policy, and any program-specific agreements. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate or sponsor someone in our services or programs.
By using our website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Certain programs (such as immigration pilot programs, provisional patent participation, and workforce training) may have additional eligibility requirements outlined during enrollment.

3. Scope of Services

Our platform currently provides access to:

Immigration & Visa Pilot Programs (e.g., Pacific Return & Reentry Ticket Trust – PRRTT, HALO Pilot Program).
Community Development Services (faith-based outreach, workforce development, cultural trade hubs, veteran and youth programs).
Education & Training Programs (cyber defense, aquaculture, trades, leadership, and reintegration initiatives).
Provisional Patent & Intellectual Property Programs (HALO and related inventions, offered under BETA testing and subject to U.S. government recognition).
Pickleball & Sports Development Programs (pickleball community engagement under PolynesianNetwork.org subdomains).
Holistic Health & Organic Relief Programs (herbal medicine, cannabis-related pilot initiatives where permitted by law).

Important: Participation in pilot or provisional programs (including patents, immigration, or development projects) does not guarantee implementation or recognition until confirmed by the U.S. Government or other relevant authorities.

4. BETA / Provisional Program Disclaimer

Some services offered through this platform are in BETA or provisional stage.
These programs (including patent-related services, visa pilot programs, and blockchain/financial trust systems) are being tested and refined.
Enrollment signifies your interest and consent to participate in trial versions.
No guarantee is made that these programs will be fully implemented, approved, or recognized by the U.S. Government, the Kingdom of Tonga, or other regulatory bodies.

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration and program applications.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Use our services for lawful and respectful purposes.
Not engage in harassment, discrimination, fraud, or misuse of programs.
Not violate U.S., Tongan, or international laws, including immigration, export, and intellectual property laws.

6. Content Ownership & Contributions

Users remain the owner of their content but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, or distribute it in connection with our programs.
Recommendations, feedback, or volunteer contributions may be incorporated into program development without obligation of compensation, unless separately agreed upon.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and protect your information. Participation in pilot programs may require sharing of data with government partners for compliance purposes.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you:

Violate these TOS,
Misuse our programs, or
Engage in harmful or unlawful conduct.
You may also terminate your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” with no guarantee of availability, recognition, or outcome.
Pilot and provisional programs are subject to change, modification, or cancellation at any time.
We are not responsible for damages, losses, or delays caused by government policies, immigration rulings, or third-party actions.

10. Governing Law

These TOS are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of California, unless otherwise required by Tongan law for participants residing in the Kingdom of Tonga.

11. Changes to TOS

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated via website notices or email.
